Times & Duration
Lettings generally run from 2pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. Weekend bookings arriving on Friday and departing on Sunday (2 nights), with week bookings arriving on Saturday and departing on the following Saturday (7 nights). The week rate is divided by 7 and multiplied by the number of nights, if less or more than 7 nights are required.

Please contact us if you require a holiday outside of these guidelines, and we will try to accommodate your requests whenever possible. Weekend bookings can arrive on Friday evening for example, and leave on Sunday afternoon. 

If you do not require bed linen, towels or bedding, and do not want the luxury of an additional shower and sauna, then you can stay for £11.05 per person per night in peak season! £7.75 per person per night in off season. This calculation is based on a group of 6 people sharing the apartment for 1 week.

Payment of Rent
The full rent is due with bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance. For all other bookings a 25% deposit will be required, with final payment due 4 weeks in advance. 

Security Bond
A security bond of £100.00 is to be added to the payment of rent. This will be returned in full immediately after your stay, as long as there are no deductions to be made as a result of breakages or damage to the property.
